Artist’s description of the project:

The “Winter” Series is a work I developed during one of my periods living in Germany, which culminated in 2010.

It is a project born out of melancholy. A vision offered from the stillness and majesty of the icy atmosphere that surrounded me, which at times presented itself as a suggestive abstraction of the reality hidden beneath the cold and beautiful mantle of winter, unknown and disturbing to me at the time.

Delicate and subtle abstractions coexist at times with an expression and strength that is a sign of the rebelliousness present in my nature.
